Warranty Replacement Request
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your toothbrush! If you are a member with an active brush head replacement plan, your system is covered by our lifetime warranty. We will replace failed major components at no charge for the parts, just a nominal processing & shipping fee to get the items to you.
Test your toothbrush:
Most often, you can use one of these two tests to determine which part of your system is having trouble. If your toothbrush has a charging light and the light is still coming on, your charging base is working fine and problems with operation are probably in the power handle. If the charging light does not come on, the issue is likely the charging base itself.
If your system does not have a charging light, try this test. Turn the power handle on and place it in to the base while it is still running. If it turns off immediately, any problems with operation are probably the power handle. If it continues to run, even if only for a few seconds, it is probably the charging base that is the issue.

If you prefer to start with a complete, new system instead, you can opt to get a brand new unit at special price only available as part of a warranty claim. We will verify your account and warranty eligibility and get the requested item out to you immediately.
